STC Motion (Pty) Ltd served as Structural Engineers and Construction Managers for the comprehensive redevelopment of a tourism destination in Boshoek. Appointed to oversee project execution and cost management, we led a complete renovation of the hotel, upgrades to self-catering chalets, and the creation of a new waterpark relocated from Durban. Additionally, a new predator park was constructed, enhancing the estate’s unique offerings. We implemented innovative cost-saving strategies, repurposing materials like roof tiles for hotel tiling and transforming roof timber into solid doors. By engaging community labor, we fostered local economic support and achieved a sustainable, high-quality transformation.
